INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 MEDIUM RED FISH FILETS | CLEANED & DEBONED
  • 1 EGG
  • 1/4 CUP MILK
  • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • 1 CUP SOUTHWEST HATCH CHILI PECAN MEAL
  • 2 LIME WEDGES

 

Dredge fresh fish fillets in flour.

Toss floured filets in egg & milk wash.

Coat filets in Southwest Hatch Chile Texas Pecan Meal.

Bake at 350 degree in oven for 20 minutes, until flaky.

SQUEEZE FRESH LIME ON TOP & SERVE.
