We pack and ship from the current harvest, so you're always getting this season's crop - never old stock. Most orders leave our Seguin orchard within 1-2 business days, and we ship nationwide. Your pecans are sealed for freshness and built to travel.

Keep your pecans in an airtight container out of direct light. They'll stay fresh about 2-3 months in the pantry, up to 6 months in the refrigerator, and a year or more in the freezer. Pecans love the cold - when in doubt, freeze them.

Four ounces of absolute deliciousness — the classic pecan log, done right.

WHY 38 PECANS

Grown, Not Sourced

Every pecan comes from our own Seguin orchard - three generations and 38 varieties deep.

Harvest-Fresh

We ship from the current crop, so what lands on your doorstep tastes like it just came off the tree.

Small-Batch Crafted

Toasted, coated, and packed by hand in small Texas batches - never mass-produced.

Love It, Guaranteed

If you are not delighted, we will make it right. Simple as that.

SINCE 1958

Three Generations. One Texas Orchard.

It started when Edmund "Doc" Darilek planted his pecans in Seguin in 1958. Three generations later, the same family still tends the orchard - and every order you place helps keep that Texas tradition growing.
