INGREDIENTS:
- 6 - 8 FRESH CHICKEN TENDERS
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1 1/4 CUPS HILL COUNTRY JALAPENO TEXAS PECAN MEAL
- VEGETABLE OIL - FOR FRYING
Dip raw chicken into flower then into milk.
Toss in Pecan Meal.
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Pan fry 3-5 minutes on each side or deep fry for 8 minutes.
Remove from hot oil and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
SERVE HOT.
