1 lb pasta
½ cup flour
1 T Kosher salt
1t black pepper
1/2 cup Butter
6 cup Cheddar, sharp or white
4 cup Milk
1 ½ cups Jalapeno pecan meal
Cook and drain Pasta. In a separate pot melt butter and flour until well combined. Add Milk, salt, and pepper and allow to thicken.
Do not boil.
Add cheese and stir until well combined.
Pour of pasta and stir until pasta is coated in cheese sauce.
Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Top with Jalapeno pecan meal and bake for 5-7 more minutes.
