Maple Cinnamon Dolce Pecan Biscotti


  • 2 cups of flour

  • 2 cups flavored pecan meal

  • 1 1/2  of sugar

  • 3/4 cup oil 

  • 4t Baking Powder

  • 2t vanilla

  • 1T maple syrup or 1t maple flavoring

  • 1T cinnamon

  • 1/2 dozen eggs

  • 1t salt

  • 3/4 cup

  • Chopped pecans (optional)


Combine oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla and flavorings in a mixer.

Blend well.

Add dry ingredients.

It will look like a cake batter.

Spread evenly on a cookie sheet lined with Parchment paper.

Top with chopped pecans ( optional) Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

You want the cake to be golden brown, but not too dark. (It will look like a sponge cake)

Remove the pan from the oven and remove the cake/parchment from the pan.

Slice cake into cookie bars of your desired size.
