INGREDIENTS:

4 medium catfish filets

½ cup Mayo

1 ½ cups Nutty Cajun Pecan Meal
Pat Catfish filets dry.
Spread with Mayo. toss Catfish in Nutty Cajun Pecan Meal until well coated.
Baked in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes until the fish is flaky.
Serve with Lemon and enjoy!
