Nutty Cajun Crusted Catfish

A Louisiana classic made easy - catfish fillets slicked with mayo and pressed into our Nutty Cajun pecan meal, then baked till flaky.

Prep 10 min | Bake 15 min | Serves 4

Ingredients

• 4 medium catfish fillets
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1 1/2 cups Nutty Cajun Pecan Meal

Instructions

1. Pat the catfish fillets dry.
2. Spread with mayo, then toss in the Nutty Cajun pecan meal until well coated.
3. Bake in a 375°F oven for 15 minutes, until the fish is flaky.
4. Serve with lemon and enjoy.

Tip: The mayo keeps the fish moist and helps the crust stick - don't skip it.
