INGREDIENTS:

4 chicken breast

1 cup Chili Hatch Pecan meal

½ cup milk
Dip raw chicken breast in milk.
Roll into pecan meal until well coated.
Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
Broil for 2-3 minutes to create the perfect crust.
Internal temperature should be 165 degrees.
Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes, Slice and enjoy.
