INGREDIENTS:

4 Medium Red Fish Filets cleaned and deboned

1 egg, ¼ cup of milk

½ cup of flour

1 cup SW Hatch Chili Pecan Meal

2 lime wedges
Dredge fresh fish fillets in flour then toss in egg/milk wash.
Coat filets in SW Hatch Chile Pecan Meal.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until flaky.
Squeeze fresh lime on top to finish.
