Southwest Hatch Chili Pecan Coated Red Fish

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Medium Red Fish Filets cleaned and deboned

  • 1 egg, ¼ cup of milk

  • ½ cup of flour

  • 1 cup SW  Hatch Chili Pecan Meal

  • 2 lime wedges 

 

Dredge fresh fish fillets in flour then toss in egg/milk wash.

Coat filets in SW Hatch Chile Pecan Meal.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until flaky.

Squeeze fresh lime on top to finish.
