INGREDIENTS:
- 4 MEDIUM RED FISH FILETS | CLEANED & DEBONED
- 1 EGG
- 1/4 CUP MILK
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 1 CUP SOUTHWEST HATCH CHILI PECAN MEAL
- 2 LIME WEDGES
Dredge fresh fish fillets in flour.
Toss floured filets in egg & milk wash.
Coat filets in Southwest Hatch Chile Texas Pecan Meal.
Bake at 350 degree in oven for 20 minutes, until flaky.
SQUEEZE FRESH LIME ON TOP & SERVE.
