INGREDIENTS:
- 4 CHICKEN BREASTS
- 1 CUP SOUTHWEST HATCH CHILI TEXAS PECAN MEAL
- 1/2 CUP MILK
Dip raw chicken breast in milk.
Roll into Southwest Hatch Chili Texas Pecan Meal until well coated.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Broil for 2-3 minutes to create the perfect crust.
Internal temperature should be 165 degrees.
Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes.
