  • Real hickory-smoke flavor
  • 50+ years growing in Seguin

Size: 4 oz

Here’s a bit of orchard trivia: the pecan is a species of hickory. So smoking our pecans over hickory is a little like bringing them home. The result is a deep, campfire-smoky flavor balanced with savory spices, on pecan halves we’ve grown in Seguin, Texas for more than 50 years.

If you like smoky, these are your pecans. Pair them with a sharp cheddar and a cold beer, scatter them over a salad or roasted vegetables, or pack them for the deer lease. They’re a natural gift for the smoker and grill crowd.

Need smoked pecans by the case? Visit our wholesale page or get in touch.

We pack and ship from the current harvest, so you're always getting this season's crop - never old stock. Most orders leave our Seguin orchard within 1-2 business days, and we ship nationwide. Your pecans are sealed for freshness and built to travel.

Keep your pecans in an airtight container out of direct light. They'll stay fresh about 2-3 months in the pantry, up to 6 months in the refrigerator, and a year or more in the freezer. Pecans love the cold - when in doubt, freeze them.

Hickory smoke, mouth-watering spice, and homegrown Texas pecans — did you know a pecan is a species of hickory? — smoked to a perfect savory balance.

SINCE 1958

Three Generations. One Texas Orchard.

It started when Edmund "Doc" Darilek planted his pecans in Seguin in 1958. Three generations later, the same family still tends the orchard - and every order you place helps keep that Texas tradition growing.
