Very. We grow, harvest, roast, and hand-pack our pecans right here on the orchard, and every order is filled fresh from the current crop — never old stock.

Our products are tree nuts (pecans) and are packed in a facility that handles nuts. If you have a severe nut allergy, please reach out before ordering and we’ll help however we can.

We pack orders fresh and aim to get them out within a few business days. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.

Keep them in an airtight container. At room temperature they’ll stay fresh for a few weeks; refrigerated, for several months; and frozen, for a year or more.

Not right away — they’ll keep at room temperature for a few weeks. For longer storage, move them to the fridge or freezer to lock in freshness.
