- Gluten & grain-free breading
- Hill Country jalapeño heat
- Bake, fry, or grill
A gluten-free breading made from pecans instead of flour, with a Hill Country jalapeño kick. Dredge chicken tenders, burgers, or potatoes in it and bake or pan-fry — crisp, nutty, a little spicy, and not a crumb of wheat in sight.
It’s ground fresh from our own award-winning pecans on the orchard in Seguin, Texas. Use it like breading or like a seasoning: baked pecan-crusted chicken, jalapeño mac and cheese, roasted potatoes, or a pimento cheese ball with a crunchy crust.

We pack and ship from the current harvest, so you're always getting this season's crop - never old stock. Most orders leave our Seguin orchard within 1-2 business days, and we ship nationwide. Your pecans are sealed for freshness and built to travel.
Keep your pecans in an airtight container out of direct light. They'll stay fresh about 2-3 months in the pantry, up to 6 months in the refrigerator, and a year or more in the freezer. Pecans love the cold - when in doubt, freeze them.
