Soft Shell Texas Pecans (IN THE SHELL).  We grow 38 different varieties of pecans throughout our 5,000(ish) trees.  We manage both native and improved varieties.  Some of our favorites include Pawnee, Desirable, Choctaw, Sioux, Kiowa, Barton and many others.  Typically early in the season we carry Pawnee...did you know they fall off the tree much earlier than the other varieties?  Now you know!

We pack and ship from the current harvest, so you're always getting this season's crop - never old stock. Most orders leave our Seguin orchard within 1-2 business days, and we ship nationwide. Your pecans are sealed for freshness and built to travel.

Keep your pecans in an airtight container out of direct light. They'll stay fresh about 2-3 months in the pantry, up to 6 months in the refrigerator, and a year or more in the freezer. Pecans love the cold - when in doubt, freeze them.
