A gluten-free breading made from pecans instead of flour, seasoned with smoky Hatch green chile. Dredge chicken, pork chops, or redfish in it and bake, pan-fry, or grill — you get a crisp, nutty crust with a Southwest kick and no wheat, grain, or breadcrumbs anywhere.
It’s made from our own award-winning pecans, ground fresh on the orchard in Seguin, Texas. Use it anywhere you’d reach for breading or a seasoning blend: meatloaf, green bean casserole, roasted asparagus, even sprinkled over a salad.

We pack and ship from the current harvest, so you're always getting this season's crop - never old stock. Most orders leave our Seguin orchard within 1-2 business days, and we ship nationwide. Your pecans are sealed for freshness and built to travel.
Keep your pecans in an airtight container out of direct light. They'll stay fresh about 2-3 months in the pantry, up to 6 months in the refrigerator, and a year or more in the freezer. Pecans love the cold - when in doubt, freeze them.
