INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch fresh Asparagus

2T Olive oil or Pecan Oil

¾ cup SW Chili Hatch Pecan Meal
Cut bottom ¼ from Asparagus.
Toss in Olive or Pecan oil.
Spread in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle and coat with Pecan Meal.
Baked in a 325 degree oven for 10 minutes.
