Southwest Hatch Chili Pecan Topped with Asparagus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch fresh Asparagus

  • 2T Olive oil or Pecan Oil

  • ¾ cup SW Chili Hatch Pecan Meal

  

Cut bottom ¼ from Asparagus.

Toss in Olive or Pecan oil.

Spread in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle and coat with Pecan Meal.

Baked in a 325 degree oven for 10 minutes.
