INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup SW Chili Hatch Pecan Meal
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
TOPPING:
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup SW Chili Hatch Pecan Meal
Combine all ingredients until well blended.
Press mixture into a loaf pan and bake into a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Combine ingredients for topping and spread on top of meatloaf.
Place back into the oven for 5 minutes.
