We pack and ship from the current harvest, so you're always getting this season's crop - never old stock. Most orders leave our Seguin orchard within 1-2 business days, and we ship nationwide. Your pecans are sealed for freshness and built to travel.

Keep your pecans in an airtight container out of direct light. They'll stay fresh about 2-3 months in the pantry, up to 6 months in the refrigerator, and a year or more in the freezer. Pecans love the cold - when in doubt, freeze them.

It started when Edmund "Doc" Darilek planted his pecans in Seguin in 1958. Three generations later, the same family still tends the orchard - and every order you place helps keep that Texas tradition growing.
