CRUST:
- 1 CUP HONEY TOASTED TEXAS PECAN MEAL
- 3/4 CUP PLAIN TEXAS PECAN MEAL
- 1 EGG WHITE
FILLING:
- 2 EGG YOLKS
- 1 14 OZ CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
- 1/2 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE
Combine both Texas Pecan Meals and egg white, press into a baking dish.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool crust for 30 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks and condensed milk.
Add lemon juice and whisk until smooth.
Pour filling into cooled crust.
Carefully spread edges.
Bake until set - about 15 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND SERVE.
