INGREDIENTS:
- 6 OZ MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 6 OZ SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP LIGHT MAYO
- 1 TABLESPOON WORCHESTIRE
- 1/4 CUP PINEAPPLE | CHOPPED AND DRAINED
- 1 GREEN ONION CHOPPED
- 1 4 OZ JAR PIMENTO
- 4 OZ CREAM CHEESE
- 3/4 CUP HONEY TOASTED TEXAS PECAN MEAL
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well blended.
Scoop mixture into container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night.
Form mixture into a 4-6 oz ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Place in freezer for 1 hour.
Roll in Honey Toasted Pecan meal until well coated.
SERVE WITH CRACKERS AND PRETZELS.
