INGREDIENTS:

6-8 fresh chicken tenders

½ cup flour

½ cup milk

1 ¼ cups Jalapeno Pecan meal

Vegetable oil for frying
Dip raw chicken into flour then into milk.
Toss in Pecan meal.
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Pan fry 3-5 minutes on each side or deep fry for 8 minutes.
Remove from hot oil and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
Serve Hot.
