INGREDIENTS:

6 oz Cheddar Cheese

6 oz jack cheese

½ cup light mayo

1T worchestire
-
1 jalapeno sliced

1 green onion chopped

1 -4oz jar pimento
-
4 oz cream cheese

¾ cup Jalapeno Pecan Meal
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well blended.
Scoop mixture into container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Form into a 4-6 oz. ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Roll in Jalapeno Pecan meal until well coated.
Serve with Crackers or pretzels.
