INGREDIENTS:

5-7 baking potatoes sliced into quarters

2 cups Jalapeno Pecan meal

2 Tablespoons Olive or Pecan oil
Toss potatoes in oil until well coated.
Toss potatoes in Pecan meal and spread in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet.
Roast at 350 for 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Serve Hot.
